Welcome to Old Buckenham Hall
Notes from the Head’s study…
I can hardly believe that we have reached the halfway point of the term. So much has been achieved over these seven weeks and pupils from all parts of the school should feel very proud of their efforts.
The second half of the Michaelmas term always has a very unique feel to it: we spend more time indoors, the days become shorter, the weather colder and the landscape bleaker. All of which reminds us that Winter is on its way and that the season of Advent will soon be upon us. It is a time for the ‘hard learning yards’ to be put in and for ensuring that we really do know what we think we know. The half-term break is now deliberately long enough for us all to recharge our batteries ready to take advantage of all that school has to offer in November and December. Enjoy the time and use it well!

We have had our summer evenings, now for October eves!”
