Saturday night was all about the New Fireside quiz, rounds of music based questions, physical challenges (including the famous Jacobs cracker and the blindfolded custard eating competition) skill challenges and of course a Pictionary based round were all loudly contested by the four teams. They then had to produce a sketch as a team which was judged by our expert panel….and once we had stopped laughing and the results had been given, it was into the dining hall for hot chocolate and bed. I don’t think my ears have stopped ringing since!
After Church on Sunday and a light lunch the children departed for the Suffolk Ski centre for an afternoon of tobogganing. I think the pictures say it all, the children had a fantastic time and by the time they had settled down for a big roast supper they looked a happy and tired bunch. Thank you to the staff for helping out, it was another fun filled weekend.
