“A minute to win it!” and Brandon Country Park

The weekend was packed full of fun and exciting activities. On Saturday night “A minute to win it” came to the Britten Hall. There were 11 activities such as the “Ponginator”, “Stack’em”, “The Bottle flip”, and “Breakfast scramble” to name but a few. Each contestant had 60 seconds to complete each challenge and gain as many points as they could for their team. All of the challenges had world record times, and suffice to say several of our Year 8 boys broke these records.

On Sunday we had a mini lie-in, followed by a PJ breakfast, and then the majority of us were off to Brandon Country Park. We had a leisurely stroll through the forest where the children scrambled across logs, climbed trees and played a version of French cricket. After lunch we all attended the beautiful confirmation service at Thorpe Morieux, where Lottie, Freddie, George, Marina, Thomas, Charlie and Oscar were Confirmed.

It was a lovely weekend.
