Marquee Jamboree

This is a new event to OBH which I am bringing with me from a previous school. In essence, this will be a fancy-dress-themed fun night of singing by the children. It will start at approximately 6.00 pm in the marquee and finish at approximately 8.15 pm. There will be a 45 minute interval at 6.45 pm and parents are welcome to bring picnics. The children can join them for this, although we will provide a picnic for boarders should this be preferred. The children will sit in their year groups before and after the break and will perform in groups throughout the evening with every child from Nursery to Year 8 welcome to take part. Nursery will start with Year 8 leavers being the last to perform. The idea is to have an informal and fun concert in the evening sun. If the weather is good, it will be a perfect balance of food, song and sunshine. The more of you that can join us, the more entertaining it will be.
