Mars House Charity Day
18th October 2019
This year, Mars House are supporting the Stowmarket Food Bank. As part of this we would like to hold a second-hand sports kit sale. Please see the details below.
Venue: Britten Hall
Date: Friday 18th October
Time: 15:00-16:00 (Please feel free to come and browse before you collect your children at 15:30)
If you would like to donate or sell any items at the sale, please can we ask that you clearly label all items with, your name and a price. We are looking for items of sports equipment as well as clothing. This could be skiing, riding, shooting, sailing, rugby, hockey, tennis etc. The children of Mars House will be helping with the sale as well as offering cakes and face painting. All sales will be split 50/50 with your self and the charity.
We would also love to gift a collection of food parcels to the charity so if you would like to donate any non-perishable food items they would be gratefully received.
We would really appreciate any items of sports equipment by Wednesday 16th October. Please can these be left in the foyer of the Britten Hall. If you would like to donate any cakes or non-perishable food, please can these be left in the office on Friday 18th October.
Please note that sales will be cash only. Once all sales have been made, profit from any items will be returned to the seller after half term.
