OBH Welcomes Chelsea Gold Medal-Winning Garden for Community Wellbeing

An extraordinary event took place at Brettenham Park on Wednesday 10th September, with the unveiling of The Raindance Garden, a magnificent Chelsea Flower Show gold medal-winning garden, generously donated by luxury jewellers, Boodles.
The garden was designed by award-winning landscape architect Catherine MacDonald to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Boodles’ iconic Raindance collection. The project was brought to life by the exceptional craftsmanship of Gadd Brothers, whose expertise and passion have created a truly memorable space.
Now proudly established at OBH, the garden is more than a showcase of world-class design – it will serve as a dedicated wellbeing space for pupils, teachers, parents, and the wider school community. Surrounded by specimen trees and beautiful planting, with covered seating areas for rest and reflection, the garden has been thoughtfully planned to nurture both body and mind. It will provide a quiet sanctuary where the OBH community can connect with nature, recharge, and enjoy moments of peace within the school day.
The unveiling was a wonderful occasion that celebrated the garden’s international recognition and its lasting contribution to wellbeing at the School.
