Head of Pre-Prep 

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to lead OBH’s award-winning Pre-Prep. Working with our youngest pupils as they commence their OBH journey, this role forms part of the school’s Senior Management Team and brings with it huge opportunity to inspire children and staff alike. The role includes responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Pre-Prep and Nursery, management and development of a talented team of staff, maintenance of strong parental relationships as well as promotion of the school to the wider community. The Head of Pre-Prep will play a key part in school life and contribute to the strategic aims of the whole school.

A generous remuneration package, free school meals and use of all school facilities will be available for the successful candidate. On-site accommodation may also be available with the role.

Start date: Monday 5th January 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. A Summer Term start is also possible.

Director of Performing Arts 

OBH is looking to appoint a talented and committed individual to the significant role of Director of Performing Arts. The successful candidate will be expected to lead in the delivery of Music and Drama at the school, supported by a specialist team of staff. Performing Arts at OBH has long been a successful area of school and celebrates individuals like Benjamin Britten among its previous pupils. More recent successes include the School Choir recording with a world-famous pop band and the Chamber Choir recording for Classic FM.

Director of Operations

We are seeking an outstanding Director of Operations to lead all operations functions at OBH and play a central role in shaping our future. Reporting to the Rugby School Group Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the OBH Headmaster, you will ensure the smooth and effective running of the school while providing strategic oversight of estates, facilities, compliance, health & safety, catering, IT, HR, finance and trading activities. This is a broad, senior role that requires initiative, sound judgement, and strong leadership.
